Noting that it is almost 5 p.m. on a beautiful Thursday in the rolling hills and verdant valley’s of the Tuscany/Umbria countryside surrounding Paciano, Italy. This is an old Italian “village” that has withstood the sands of time, if you will, and is an exciting place to visit and stroll through.

Friends have a luxury villa-apartment rental outside of Paciano and have won Italian honors with their first class Olive Oil. Go there and experience REAL olive oil, stay for a couple days or a week (contact me for more info) during this Spring, Summer or Fall – Fall being the best due to cost and the fact that grapes are being harvested all over for the wineries in the area.
